Weekly Round Up: Allegiance Bankers in the Community

May 6, 2019 – At Allegiance, our bankers live right here in the communities we serve. That’s why we’re driven to not only effectively navigate the unique business and personal banking needs of our customers, but to immerse ourselves in giving back to and investing in those communities. Here are a few examples of Allegiance Bankers doing just that over the past week.

May 1: Our Eldridge Bank Office was proud to partner with The Women’s Fund for a night of inspiring entertainment, fine dining and wine. Proceeds of the event supported adolescent girls and women in leading happier, healthier and more resilient lives. Celebrating 40 years, The Women’s Fund provides Greater Houston area women and girls with the tools they need to be advocates for their own health.

May 2: Allegiance sponsored the 2019 Colliers Charity Golf Classic benefiting The Women’s Home, a non-profit agency working to build whole lives in the Houston area through a variety of housing programs and support services.

May 3: We were proud to join Go Red For Women at their annual luncheon as an event sponsor. Established 15 years ago, Go Red for Women was born as a campaign of the American Heart Association to raise awareness among women about the great threat of heart disease. The event focused on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthy life styles, building awareness and raising critically-needed funds to support research and education initiatives. Allegiance Banker Linda Humphries serves on the Executive Leadership Team of the organization.

We are thankful to be more than just a bank, and for the incredible Allegiance Bankers who make that possible.
