POST OAK BANK MERGER INFORMATION

POST OAK BANK MERGER INFORMATION

As announced earlier this year, Post Oak Bank will merge with Allegiance Bank effective October 1, 2018. On behalf of the Directors, Officers, and Employees of both banks, we would like to welcome you to Allegiance Bank.

Combining two strong and well-respected community banks with a commitment for service excellence provides a significant opportunity that we are confident will benefit not only you – our valued customers – but also the Greater Houston community and surrounding counties where we live and work.

Over the past 10+ years, both Post Oak Bank and Allegiance Bank have grown to become well-respected community banks. With this combination, we will further our commitment to being the premier community bank in the area. We believe the two banks fit together nicely from a cultural perspective and we are thrilled for our respective customers of each bank.

A full system integration is scheduled for February 22, 2019. We understand you may have questions regarding the merger. We pledge to keep you informed along the way and to share additional information and collectively answer any questions that arise. Check this page for the most up-to-date information about the upcoming system integration.

Your confidence and trust are very important to us as we provide you with a smooth and efficient transition. You can expect a complete welcome package in the coming weeks that will provide detailed information about Allegiance Bank and the merger process.

Between now and February 22, 2019, your banking will continue as normal at all Post Oak Bank locations. On February 25, 2019, all 13 Post Oak Bank locations will re-open as Allegiance Bank locations, providing a total of 27 banking offices in the Greater Houston and Beaumont area to serve all of your banking needs.

We are grateful to you not only for giving us the opportunity to provide you with banking services but also for your loyalty. We welcome the customers of Post Oak Bank and we look forward to a long and prosperous banking relationship.
