The Allegiance Way in Action
June 18, 2019 – At Allegiance, we’re making a difference, together. This is achieved when everyone is in sync and pulling in the same direction, even from different angles. Here are five recent illustrations of the Allegiance Way at work across the organization.
LiftFund: Allegiance Bank champions small businesses, as they are an engine for economic prosperity and the backbone of our economy. When natural disasters like Hurricane Harvey hit, these businesses are critical to rebuilding communities, but can often use support to get back on their feet. Allegiance is proud to be part of the Texas Small Business Rebuild Initiative created by LiftFund. We recently had the privilege of gathering with other local supporters of the initiative to reflect on our collective Harvey relief efforts and impact, which includes over $5 million in relief funding to hundreds of business owners.
Employee Appreciation: Everything we do depends on our employees, and we are grateful that they take this responsibility so seriously. As a thank you for the hard work and commitment of our Electronic Division, we had a little sugar-induced fun with “Sundaes on Friday.” It was a great opportunity to pause for a moment and enjoy some team camaraderie.
Extended After-Hours Support: We pledge to provide our customers with friendly, thoughtful exchanges focused on excellent service. One way we do that is through offering after-hours access for eBanking customers to speak to an Allegiance Bank representative on their time. We’ve recently extended our personal eBanking (24 hours a day, seven days a week) and business eBanking (5-8 pm, Monday through Friday) live support to better serve our customers.
West Belt Office Shoe Drive: Allegiance Bankers are passionate about tangibly serving the communities we live and work in. Now through July 30, 2019, our West Belt location will be hosting the Cy-Hope shoe drive. Cy-Hope’s mission is to make life better for all kids in Cy-Fair by serving as a catalyst to bring needs and solutions together. New or gently-used shoes can be dropped off during business hours.
Huffman Hargrave Team of the Week: Arlene Langham, senior vice president of our Dayton office, was proud to recognize the Huffman High School girls’ softball team as an Allegiance Bank Team of the Week. Congratulations, Falcons, on an incredible season with a 36-7-1 overall record.
