New East End Location Opens Next Week

With great anticipation, we are opening a new bank office in Houston’s East End to further deepen our hometown presence. The new location is just one mile east of downtown Houston at 2929 Navigation Boulevard, Suite 100. The full-service branch will feature a motor bank, night depository, drive-up ATM, safe deposit box services and a community/conference room.

Allegiance Bank chose the location after identifying the East End area as both underbanked, and going through an economic and development resurgence. With an unwavering commitment to investing in our communities, the team at Allegiance Bank knew they could assist in addressing both.

Market President Bob Neyland has been with Allegiance Bank since 2008, noting, “I have wanted a bank in the East End for over 15 years. One that could serve the underserved in an area that was starving for a community bank, but also an area of future growth.”

Neyland continued, “I am honored to work with so many ethical, hardworking community bankers, and I look forward to supporting the local churches and businesses in the area.”

The location will be overseen by David Corpus, Senior Vice President and Group Manager. Corpus’ family roots date back to 1915 in the East End.

“It is with great pride that I have an opportunity to continue to be part of the East End community and provide professional banking services to both individuals and small/mid-sized businesses that provide important jobs to Houston’s economy,” Corpus shared.

Corpus is proud of the East End team, noting that each member brings their own unique talents, experience and skillsets. “They are highly motivated to provide great service to our customers to support extraordinary results,” Corpus continued. “They are not only driven by the bank’s goals, but their own aspirations for achievement.”

The East End location officially opens for business on July 27, 2020. And as with all Allegiance Bank locations, we pledge to serve you.

A Note From the Chairman | I will say with conviction, however, that it feels good when I can thwart a cyber-thief or provide a helping hand when needed. I wonder what else can be accomplished if I/we can elevate good intentions into actions and routinely hit the target without thinking.
