COVID-19 Response Update
A Note From Chief Executive Officer Ray Vitulli
To our Valued Allegiance Customers and Friends,
Please know that Allegiance Bank remains open during the Stay Home, Work Safe Order issued by several counties in the Houston region as financial institutions have been deemed a Critical Infrastructure Sector. Our high level of customer service remains a top priority as we will continue to serve you through our drive-thru facilities.
As a responsible partner in the community, we are honoring the CDC recommendations of social distancing by limiting gatherings and practicing physical distancing. We remain staffed in our bank offices to serve your needs with many of our bankers who provide support to various functions of the bank working remotely as part of our business continuity plan.
As a reminder, you can always access your account information securely and safely through our eBanking system. If not already enrolled, please visit AllegianceBank.com for enrollment instructions. We encourage you to use our digital banking tools which allow you to:
- Update and schedule payments
- Process deposits from your mobile device
- Check balances and view recent transactions
- View or download monthly statements
- Should you have any questions or need any assistance, please contact your banker as we are here and ready to help.
Finally, we again ask that you be on high alert for cyber criminals that are attempting to take advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please remain vigilant during such a vulnerable time and remember Allegiance Bank never requests personal banking information such as Personal Identification Number, Account Number or other sensitive information via email.
It is a privilege to serve you, your family, and your business.

Ray Vitulli
Chief Executive Officer
