Allegiance Bankers in the Community

May 28, 2019 – Our commitment to giving back is at the heart of our business. Check out a few of the recent ways our Allegiance Bankers have been serving.

Southmore Intermediate Career and Expo Day: Martin Montoya, senior vice president and commercial lender at our Katy office, represented Allegiance Bank at Southmore Intermediate’s Career Day. The event offers the unique opportunity for eighth grade students to experience a job interview with a successful professional. As part of the process, students prepare resumes, reflect on educational and life goals and learn to articulate their aspirations in a simulated interview. It was an honor to participate in an event that inspires and builds confidence in students to reach their full potential.

Allegiance Bank Team of the Week: Brian Tave, executive vice president at our Stafford location, was proud to honor the men’s track and field team at Fort Bend Marshall High School. Congratulations, Buffaloes, on an impressive season, including a championship win at the Victor Lopez Classic at Rice University, where the team’s 4×100 relay set two national records.

Blood Drive: Allegiance Bank hosted a blood drive at our corporate headquarters to support the MD Anderson Cancer Center. The drive benefited a 21-year-old battling Leukemia. We had a great turnout at the event and we’re thankful for the opportunity to support the health of our community.
